• no returns/exchanges after 14 days of purchase,
• shipping charges are not refundable,
• goods returned/exchanged must be unused/new condition in their original packaging,
• used/worn/installed items are not returnable,
• no returns on helmets, nomex underwear, special orders or electrical equipment,
• all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee,
